Prosciutto in marsala sauce
Instructions
Carve the ham slices around with a Pocket knife.
Put the slices to fry in butter on both sides and add a shot of marsala.
If you want you can link the salsettina by joining a little potato starch before diluted in cold water.

- 4 slices of ham (slices 1/2 cm high)
- Butter
- Marsala wine
- Potato starch
