Instructions
Put the flour in a bowl and mix with salt, sugar and pepper.
Wash the tomatoes, dry and cut into horizontal slices the thickness of about two cm.
Passed the tomato slices in flour mixture, pressing it well with your hands so that the humidity of the tomato to form a thick coating.
Heat the fat in a pan and friggetevi three tomato slices at a time until they are well browned.
Turn it half-cooked and serve hot.

- 4 large green tomatoes
- 120 g of flour
