Instructions
Wash tomatoes, cut them in half and partially empty.
Sprinkle with oil and salt.
Keyway and rinse the anchovies and garlic and blend with a sprig of parsley.
Combine chopped 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs and a hint of herbs.
Mix and fill the tomatoes with this mixture.
Align the tomatoes in a greased baking dish, sprinkle them with bread crumbs and soak them with a little olive oil.
Cook in hot oven for about 45 minutes and serve cold.

- 4 salted anchovies
- Breadcrumbs
- Olive oil
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Herbes de provence
- Parsley
