Instructions

Boil, Peel and pass the potatoes through a sieve; season with salt and mixing with a little flour.

Form a rectangle with the dough.

Boil, squeeze and go over the spinach in a little butter, combine ricotta, egg and nutmeg.

Spread the filling on the dough and roll closing good sides.

Wrap with gauze roll, sew the flaps, and then boil in salted water for 30 minutes.

Slice it cold, grit and dust.
