Tuna patties
Instructions
Boil the potatoes peeled and cut into cubes, in salted water for 15 minutes.
Then drain and mash with potato masher, collecting into a bowl.
Mix the tuna with its preservation oil and add to potatoes, then add the egg and a little flour to bind the dough.
Form flat patties, roll in breadcrumbs and FRY in plenty of hot oil.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 250 g of tuna in olive oil
- 2 potatoes
- 1 egg
- Flour
- Breadcrumbs
- Abundant of olive oil
- Salt
