Capricious meatballs
Instructions
Rehydrate the granules.
Soak the breadcrumbs in the milk and cook over medium heat until well chrome.
In a bowl mix the granules, crumbs with milk, meat, egg, parmesan, lemon zest, nutmeg and salt.
Form meatballs and roll in breadcrumbs, lively focus after Browning them in oil and continue cooking over low heat for another 15 minutes.
Garnish with tomatoes and lemon.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 g of soya granules
- 100 g of meat chopped
- 1 egg
- Grated parmesan cheese
- 1 dram of milk
- Lemon zest
- Nutmeg
- 100 g of breadcrumbs (only crumb)
- Olive oil
- Salt
- To decorate:
- Some slices of tomatoes
- Some slices of lemon
