Grandma's chicken adele
Instructions
Blanch the onions in salted water.
Clean and season the chicken inside and out; Meanwhile, mince the ham and mix with the onions.
Place over heat a casserole of chicken that does not occupy more than 2/3 of its capacity, roast it well on both sides, add a ladle of water and the onions with the ham; close the lid and cook for 40 minutes.
