Chicken with yoghurt (3)
Instructions
Prepare a marinade with the yoghurt, milk, chopped garlic, chili powder, juice of 1/2 lemon and a pinch of salt.
Cut the chicken into pieces and cover with the marinade.
Let it stand for about 2 hours.
Melt 40 g butter in a pan and add the chicken with the marinade.
Cook over low heat, covered, for about 40 minutes.
Before you remove from heat add the remaining butter, the parsley and mix well.

- 1 jar of yoghurt
- 1 clove of garlic
- 60 g of butter
- Little of milk
- Hot pepper
