Chicken in red wine
Instructions
In a pan you browned lightly in butter, then add the pancetta, cut into small cubes, onions, whole garlic clove, mushrooms and a sprig of thyme.
Saute for a few minutes, then sprinkle with a tablespoon of flour.
Remove garlic.
Add the chopped chicken.
Cover and Cook 10 minutes.
Pour the wine.
Savoury Pies.
Re-cover and cook over low heat for about 30 minutes.
Accompanying wines: Served at the table the same wine used for cooking: Trentino DOC Cabernet, Rosso Di Montalcino DOC Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOC.

- 1 chicken
- 100 g of cultivated mushrooms
- 100 g of scallions
- 100 g of bacon (sliced from 100 g)
- 50 g of butter
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 50 cl of red wine
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 sprig of thyme
- Salt
