Instructions
Clean and wash the chicken, then cut it into small pieces.
Wash the lemons well and reel off the olives.
Pre-cut lemons with the peel and place them in a crock with olives and chicken pieces.
Combine the olive oil and pepper.
You do not need to add salt because the olives insaporiranno the chicken during cooking.
Cover and cook at low heat for 90 minutes.
Stir from time to time.
When serving remove lemon pieces.

- 1 1500 g chicken
- 1000 g of lemons
- 200 g of green and black olives
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Pepper
