Instructions
Soffregate outside the chicken with half a lemon and then farcitelo with some lemon slices, a knob of butter and a clove of garlic.
Put in a pan with oil, the remaining butter and settle the volatile, add salt and pepper and cook in preheated oven at 180 degrees for an hour and a quarter.
Half-cooked bathed with the juice of one lemon freshly squeezed.
Cut the back and the chicken breast into 4 pieces, remove the wings and thighs, arrange everything on warm serving dish, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
