Polyp in barbera with potatoes
Instructions
Cut Octopus into pieces.
In a casserole put oil and onion, sliced, stewed onion and then delete.
Add Octopus, sprinkled liberally with barbera and let it evaporate.
Add the peeled tomatoes, add salt and simmer for 40 minutes.
Add the chopped potatoes and finish cooking.
Sprinkle with parsley before serving.

- 1 glass of barbera wine

- 6 small potatoes
- 1 chopped parsley
