Botched polenta with cheese
Instructions
Cut regular polenta slices, stretched up to an inch.
Cut the cheese into slices.
Grease a baking dish, place the bottom a layer of polenta slices, cover with sliced cheese on it shall spread out some butter.
Alternate the layers and finish with a layer of polenta on which you still butter flakes and a sprinkling of grated cheese.
Go then in the oven until polenta is very tart.

- 200 g of fontina cheese
- 50 g of butter
- Sprinkling 1 of grated parmesan cheese
