Botched polenta (2)
Instructions
Cut the polenta into slices and put a layer in a buttered baking dish.
Cover with the sauce, bechamel sauce and Parmesan.
Alternate layers the ingredients until their exhaustion.
Put in hot oven for about 3/4 of an hour and serve warm.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 400 g of already cooked polenta
- 2 cups of bechamel
- 2 cups of meat sauce
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Butter
