Polenta and milk
Instructions
Bring the water to a boil, pour in rain the flour stirring for about 40 minutes.
Turn the polenta on the wooden cutting board, roll out the dough to a height of two or three inches, cover it with a towel because the steam retained the keep warm well.
When serving, with the tip of a knife subdivide the surface check.
Each diner will serve polenta so that it fills half its Bowl and pour over cold milk to cover.
In case you prefer to serve the cold polenta is piping hot milk.
