Poached haddock
Instructions
Cut into four a filet of haddock, wash it and set aside.
In a large pot pour the milk with the same water, bring it to a boil gently.
Keeping the fire down and Puckered surface from a quiver, lay the pieces of fish.
After ten minutes of baking, remove the pieces of haddock.
In a saucepan melt the butter with the lemon juice.
Pour this sauce on the fish laid on a hot serving dish.
Garnish this fish dish with potatoes boiled and peeled apart, thoroughly drained.
At the time of the service they should be sprinkled with finely chopped parsley and decorated with a half-slice of lemon.
