Instructions
Place the flour on a pastry Board and rompervi the Center eggs; combine the ricotta, salt, cinnamon, grated lemon, yeast dough.
Knead and mix everything until you get a smooth and elastic dough.
Substitute one or more trays of greasy lard, let it rise overnight and then bake.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of flour
- 400 g of leavened bread dough
- 150 g of ricotta
- 4 eggs
- == 1 lemon (zest)
- 1/2 tablespoon of reduced powder cinnamon
- 1 pinch of salt
