Instructions
Focus in a small saucepan with the garlic oil.
As soon as the garlic is golden and delete combined with 3 tablespoons of olive oil, tomato pulp and 4 basil leaves.
Cook the sauce for 6-7 minutes.
Spread on the bottom of a baking sheet or a baking dish a little tomato sauce and a tablespoon of oil.
Then cover the bottom with the slices of Eggplant, overlapping for three quarters, so as not to leave empty spaces.
Sprinkle with the chopped tomato and put over the thinly sliced mozzarella.
Add salt and pepper and bake for 10 minutes.
Just removed from the oven pizza garnish with fresh basil leaves.

- 150 g of mozzarella
- 1 jar of tomato pulp
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 sprig of basil
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
