Spice duck breast
Instructions
Clean carrots and turnips and cook for about 10 minutes in salted water, until they are soft but still substantial.
With MITRE cut 1/2 inch deep, the skin of the duck breast.

Add the honey and the vegetables and let it season ten minutes.
Thinly slice the duck breasts and place on the plates, surrounded by the vegetables.
Heat in saucepan the remaining liquid in the pot in which he rested, pour on meat duck and vegetables and serve immediately.
