If the fennel are tender boil only, otherwise just 5 minutes.
Drain them and cut them into slices, place them in a buttered baking dish.
Above place the chicken breasts, cut into small pieces and sprinkle the pretzels.
Cover with the sauce and cook in preheated oven at 170 degrees for 30 minutes or until the surface is golden.
The accompanying wine: Colli Di Conegliano Rosso DOC, Chianti Montalbano DOCG, Leverano Rosato DOC.
