Stuffed peaches (4)
Instructions
Crush amaretti and finely grate the carrot.
Put them in a bowl and add the egg, mix well the mixture and use it to stuff the half peaches.
Place the peaches in a greased baking dish, sprinkle with the port and cook in a hot oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes; 5 minutes before they are knocked out from the oven, sprinkle with sugar and finish cooking.

- 8 half peach compote
- 8 amaretti biscuits
- 1 small carrot
- 1 egg
- Butter
- Sugar
- 1/2 shot of porto wine
