Grilled swordfish (2)
Instructions
Grill the swordfish steaks on a hot grill to medium heat.
For the calculated cooking approximately 6 to 10 minutes (of course, to be able to cook well, the pieces should be turned over once halfway through the cooking).
Meanwhile prepare the sauce: pour the oil in a bowl, whisk together with a tilted or bumped as the lemon juice, the stalks of parsley and a pinch of salt in order to have a smooth sauce; with this seasoned the fish just removed from the grid.

- 400 g of swordfish (pieces from 200 g each)
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- 1 tablespoon of stalks of parsley
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- Salt
