Pescado a la naranja
Instructions
Fillet sole and place them on a baking sheet.
Separately, in a small skillet, saute the onion and garlic until they become tender but not dark.
Combine the parsley, salt and pepper.
Pour the mixture over the fish along with the orange juice and lemon juice mixed together.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Place on fish egg cut into wedges, sprinkle with paprika and garnish with orange peels.

- 1/2 cup of finely chopped onion
- 2 cloves of chopped garlic
