The crunchy pears
Instructions
Peel the pears and cook for 25 minutes, until they will hold.
Crispy wrap in a towel and crush it with until they reduce it into crumbs.
Melt the chopped chocolate in a Bain-Marie with milk.
Pour the melted chocolate over pears, sprinkle with the crisp and serve.

- 80 g of almond crisp
- 100 g of cover chocolate
- 2 tablespoons of milk
