Sweet and sour peppers (4)
Instructions
Wash the peppers, dry, remove the internal filaments and seeds, cut them wide-brimmed.
In a pan heat three tablespoons of oil and insaporitevi peppers letting them cook over low heat for about a quarter of an hour, sprinkle the pretzels, then remove them from the Pan and put them aside.
Pour the vinegar and sugar in the bottom of the Pan, turn up the flame, stir and when the vinegar is almost completely evaporated and the sugar melted put again the peppers in Bowl.
Let stand for 2 minutes, transfer to serving dish, serve.

- 1 glass of wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
