Roasted Peppers salad
Instructions
After cleaning with a cloth the peppers, place them on the grill and roast them, and then clean them and remove the skin, core and seeds; place them in a bowl and add the garlic cut into thin slices, chopped parsley, oil, salt and lemon juice.
Let them stand for about 20 minutes and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 8 sweet yellow peppers and red peppers great
- Chopped parsley
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 scoops of olive oil
- 2 lemons
- Salt
