Pennette al pesto in basket of parmesan cheese
Instructions
Put Basil in a mortar, pine nuts and garlic and reduce them to puree, adding olive oil and salt.
Boil the pennette.
Prepare the basket by dissolving the Parmesan in a small frying pan and colandolo on an inverted Bowl.
Drain the pasta, season it with pesto and serve it in the trash with the Parmesan.
