Penne salad with curry
Instructions
In a pan heat two tablespoons of olive oil and let wilt sliced onion very thin by adding a tablespoon of water and a pinch of salt.
Continue baking until it becomes transparent.
Add the curry powder, stir for a few seconds, then sprinkle with the flour and mix.
Pour the broth, simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes, stirring often.
Set aside and let cool.
Boil the penne al dente, drain, put them in a serving dish and mix it with the cream.
Let them cool down without putting them in the refrigerator.
Clean the cucumber, cut into very small cubes.
Just before serving add the penne with curry sauce.
Sprinkle with the diced cucumber.

- 350 g of type pasta penne
- 2 tablespoons of curry
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 20 cl of broth
- 1/2 cup of cream
- 1 sweet small cucumber
- 1 onion
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
