Penne with Zucchini (2)
Instructions
Brown garlic in 4 tablespoons oil, crush it, delete it and add the zucchini slices.
Add salt and cook on moderate heat for 10 minutes.
Pour over Zucchini beaten eggs with a pinch of salt, strapazzarle, combine the chopped Basil and extinguish the fire.
Drain the penne, add Zucchini and mozzarella into cubes, mix and serve immediately.
