Penne with zucchini
Instructions
Wash and cut the zucchini wheels.
Put in a pan of oil and garlic and when the garlic will be red remove, add the zucchini and add them a little.
Add the salt and the chopped parsley and finish cooking in the pan.
Cook the penne rigate in boiling salted water until al dente, drain and place them in a dish prepared with Zucchini condendole.
Remember the courgettes must be well impregnated with oil.
Then sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and serve it hot.

- 400 g of type pasta penne rigate
- 400 g of zucchini
- Olive oil
- 30 g of parmigiano
- Parsley
- 1 clove of garlic
- Salt
