Penne with olives
Instructions
Finely chop the olives and merge them with ricotta and chopped onion.
Mix very well with 6 tablespoons of olive oil and a little pepper.
Boil the penne al dente and coat with the cream cheese and olives.

- 400 g of type pasta penne
- 180 g of fresh ricotta
- 120 g of pitted black olives
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 6 tablespoons of olive oil
