Peanut stew
Instructions
In a Pan fry the onion in the oil, peanut, garlic and chilli pepper cut into rings.
Add the meat and FRY until it starts to pick up.
At this point add the tomatoes, potatoes and peanut paste dissolved in water.
Lower the heat and continue cooking with the lid on for another 45 minutes, until the meat is tender.
Served at the table
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 75 cl of water
- 450 g of meat cut into cubes
- 3 peeled ripe tomatoes, cut into small cubes
- 3 tablespoons of peanut pasta
- 2 tablespoons of peanut oil
- 2 chopped onion
- 2 cloves of chopped garlic
- 1 large potato peeled, cut into pieces
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 spicy green chili
