Peanut sweets
Instructions
Lightly toast the peanuts in the oven; 1 handful from them and chop the rest.
Mixing with 200 g of sugar, cocoa, the beaten yolks, egg and butter at room temperature.
Carefully work the mixture and form of oval or round sweets, slightly crushed.
Pass them in the remaining sugar, decorate them with peanuts by hand, put them in colorful baking cups and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 8 persons
- 500 g of shelled peanuts
- 250 g of sugar
- 125 g of bitter cocoa
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 egg whites
- 1 tablespoon of butter
