Instructions
Cook the potatoes in a pan with oil and 10 g butter: when they are cooked and well browned, drain.
Aside from you heat the remaining butter and when it foams, add a tablespoon of shallots cut into slices and chopped parsley.
Let Cook a few seconds, place the potatoes in the dish and pour over the prepared butter.
