Huancayna potatoes
Instructions
Boil in lightly salted water floury potatoes of medium size (the amount depends on people), peel them and cut them into thick slices around a finger.
Apart prepared with sauce: green pepper, 1 1/4 red pepper 1 red pepper, breadcrumbs (enough to get a creamy consistency and based), 1/4 cup lemon juice, 1 bottle of ricotta cheese, 1 cup of milk, 1 packet of cream (25 cl), 1 cup of olive oil, salt (must be slightly salty because the potatoes tend to absorb flavor) 5 minutes boiling the peppers put them in robots and processing them with a little hot water (a cup), bread, oil, cream, cottage cheese, etc.
