Instructions
Wash and peel the potatoes and cut them into slices about 1 cm thick.
Peel the onion and tomatoes, wash the lemon and cut the ingredients into fine slices.
Heat the oven to 170 degrees.
Placed at the bottom of a baking dish the Bay leaves and thyme.
Place on top of the potatoes, then onions and tomatoes.
Stir together pepper, paprika, cumin, salt and oil.
Spread in dish decorating with slices of lemon.
Cook the vegetables in the oven for 45 minutes.
Meanwhile prepare the marinade: Peel the garlic and pestatelo, add paprika, pepper, cumin and salt.
Let marinate in this sauce the steaks of fish for 30 minutes.
After the vegetables have been in the oven for 45 minutes, sprinkle over the fish slices, pour the marinade, place in the oven for another 15 minutes and then served on the table.

- 500 g of swordfish in pieces

- 1 lemon

- 1/2 tablespoon of paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon of cumin
- Salt
- For the marinade:
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon of cumin
- 1 == Pto black pepper
- Salt
