Spinach pie
Instructions
Thawed spinach in boiling water, strizzateli and season in a saucepan for 5 minutes with 20 g of butter and a tablespoon of oil.
Place in a bowl, add the cheese, bread crumbs and 2 tablespoons of cream.
Mix together 1 egg and 1 egg yolk.
Add salt and mix.
Pour the mixture into a buttered mould, cover and cook for 45 minutes in a Bain-Marie.

- 450 g of frozen spinach
- 1 handful of stale bread crumbs
- 100 g of grated emmenthal cheese
- 2 eggs
- Cream
- Butter
- Olive oil
- Salt
