Instructions
Combine the sugar with the egg whites beaten and not the salt.
Put in double boiler and stir often until sugar is dissolved.
Then add the coconut pulp and mix well.
Grease the baking plate and add oil, aligning and spacing them, small amounts of the compound.
Bake at 180 degrees until golden brown.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 300 g of pulp of fresh grated coconut
- 300 g of powdered sugar
- 6 egg whites
- 1 pinch of salt
- Olive oil for baking plate
