Instructions
Add all ingredients into mixing bowl: 6 speed 15 seconds.
Stretch the dough into a rectangle and ripiegala in 3 parts.
Repeat the same thing other 3 or more times (for each side of the rectangle), pulling each time the dough with the rolling pin.
It is excellent for preparing vol-au-vent, guns, etc.
