Instructions

The ingredients are for 300 g of pasta.

100 g of butter cut into cubes.

200 g sieved flour and knead it with the butter with your fingertips.

Rub the mixture between your hands until it takes the appearance of breadcrumbs.

Make a fountain and add one egg and 1/4 teaspoon salt.

Stir quickly with your fingers until you obtain a homogeneous paste.

Let stand the dough in the fridge for as long as possible.
