Instructions
Boil in plenty of water the beans, previously soaked.
Check them out with a slotted spoon and place the food mill with the disc to small holes directly into the pot.
Bring to a boil the cooking broth, then add the pastina and cook for a few minutes.
Pour the soup to mixing mashed beans.
Finish with cheese and olive oil extra virgin.
