Pasta salad
Instructions
Cook pasta al dente, drain and pass it under cold water.
Chop the tuna in a bowl, combine the capers, gherkins, olives and diced tomatoes.
Pour the dough in the bowl and mix gently, drizzle with lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 350 g of any type pasta
- 150 g of tuna
- 2 tomatoes
- 50 g of green olives
- 50 g of black olives
- 2 pickled gherkins
- Capers
- 1 lemon
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
