Instructions
Dissolve yeast in a cup with a little dose of water, sift the flour on a work surface, which can be of wood or marble, and arrange in fontana.
In the Middle put sugar, salt, oil and water; mix the ingredients with your fingertips.
When the flour has absorbed all the water, built shortly after the wing melted yeast and knead thoroughly.
Then knead the dough with energy at full hands and lifting it shut on the floor for about 10 minutes or until the dough will come off completely from the hands and the countertop.
At this point, formed into a ball and put it in a bowl lightly floured founded, cover with a cloth and let the dough rise in a warm place (25 degrees) for 1/2 hour or until it will be doubled.
After this time put the dough on the work surface and knead it again for a few minutes to stop rising, then roll out the dough repeatedly with a rolling pin until you become soft.
At this point a ball, let it reformed rise for another 15 minutes, roll out the dough with your hands until the desired size and place it in a baking pan previously greased with oil.
In place with your finger make sure that is thinner in the Center.
