Instructions

They simmer the beans in plenty of lightly salted water.

Excellent are the dried beans duly finding facts in cold water for at least 12 hours.

To get the maximum results in digestibility and taste, the beans, after an initial quick Blanching of ten minutes, should be quickly transferred to other equally hot water pot, continue cooking, adding a couple of potatoes peeled and cut up.

In another pan preparing fried in oil and butter sear right, at first, a little Bacon, beaten and then the chopped onion (possibly wish to vary sometimes, even celery, garlic, Rosemary and parsley, crushed fine).

When vegetables are cooked, pass the potatoes and beans in the Blender part (it would be better to crush them and remove the skins of the beans) and put in their broth, add the fried herbs already prepared.

It is pepper Hall and let simmer the soup then add the pasta.
