Instructions
Clean the pilchards, removing the head, tail, Cattail and FRY in oil; then add salt.
Meanwhile, Cook the pasta.
In a pan put 2 tablespoons oil, the anchovies, chopped fennel 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce, salt, pepper, a little water and simmer for 10 minutes.
In a bowl toss the pasta in layers alternating with sardines; Bake for a few minutes.

- 6 salted anchovies
