Pasta alla sorrentina
Instructions
Chop the tomatoes and mozzarella, mince the Basil and put everything in a bowl.
Add salt, pepper and drizzle with olive oil, then let it sit for an hour.
Meanwhile, boil the pasta.
When it is cooked, pour over this quick sauce.
You can add, if desired, chopped garlic or oregano.

- 400 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 2 ripe tomatoes
- 300 g of mozzarella
- 8 leaves basil
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
