Instructions
Put to soak the agar-agar in a quart of water for about half an hour.
Meanwhile Peel the Apple and the PEAR, cut into slices and cook for a few minutes in lightly salted water.
Drain and cut the orange into 8 slices, puree the tofu and tahini with half a glass of warm water (before you blend the tofu is better to scald it for 10 minutes on low heat).
Cook the agar agar with malt and salt for about 15 minutes.
Divide these ingredients in equal parts-in two different pots: a add the vanilla, in the other the blueberry.
Arrange the orange slices in a mold and pour in the ingredients and vanilla.
Keep warm with cranberry ingredients and pour into the mold when those vanilla has cooled completely.
When the whole is thickened remove the cake from the mould and serve cold.

- 1 apple
- 1 pera
- 1 orange
- 400 g of tofu
- 3 tablespoons of tahini
- 15 g of agar agar in bars
- 6 tablespoons of corn malt
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla powder
- 1 teaspoon of blueberry jam
- 1 pizzichino of salt
- 2 tablespoons of maizena
