Crispy sticks
Instructions
Dolce typical of Christmas.
Mix sugar, butter, eggs, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and a pinch of salt, until the mixture fluffy.
Incorporate the flour, almonds and hazelnuts.
Work the dough, adding a little water to obtain a homogeneous mixture, and place in cool for 24 hours to become compact.
Flatten the dough to 1 cm thick and cut sticks of 6-8 cm in length.
Brush with egg yolk and place them on the baking sheet, covered with wax paper.
Bake at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes until they will be golden.

- 350 g of flour
- 250 g of sugar
- 125 g of diced almonds
- 125 g of halved hazelnuts
- 75 g of butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 pinch of salt
