Instructions
Divide the dough into eight parts; mix the ricotta with the ham cut into squares, add salt and pepper.
Peel the tomatoes, cut them in cubes.
Roll out the pastry to puff not so thin, put at the center of each a bit of ricotta and some diced tomatoes; bent, pressed the edges carefully.
Fry the turnovers in hot oil.
Serve immediately

- 500 g of leavened bread dough
- 150 g of ham
- 250 g of ricotta
- 5 red tomatoes well sodi
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil
