Fried ricotta balls
Instructions
Pass the ricotta through a sieve; fold in a bowl with the amaretti, 2 eggs and a pinch of cinnamon; with your hands a little flour to make pellets, dip in beaten egg and then in bread crumbs.
Fry them a little at a time into the oil, sugar spolverizzarle.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of ricotta
- 250 g of amaretti biscuits
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 3 eggs
- Flour
- Breadcrumbs
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Icing sugar
